Carin Bird

Carin Bird’s passion for Unfaulted was born from a deeply personal moment—watching her husband play with their children. In that simple yet profound experience, God opened her eyes to the reality that not every child has the same love, security, and support. Determined to make a difference, she co-founded Unfaulted, driven by a calling to create a place where aged-out foster youth could find the guidance, community, and care they deserve.

With a keen eye for detail, wisdom in navigating difficult circumstances, and a heart full of compassion, Carin brings invaluable leadership to Unfaulted. As an expert in administration, she has a rich background in criminal record-keeping, church ministry, church leadership, women’s ministry, and event planning. Her unwavering faith is the foundation of all she does, shaping her dedication to serving others with excellence and grace.

Outside of her work, Carin enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, and gardening—finding joy in both the beauty of creation and the relationships she nurtures.
