Return & Exchange Policy

At Unfaulted, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged item or need a different size, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange under the following guidelines:
1. Returns & Refunds for Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will offer a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.

To request a refund or exchange, please contact us at shop@unfaulted.org within 30 days of receiving your order.

A photo of the damaged item may be required for verification.
2. Size Exchanges

We will exchange apparel for a different size if the item is in new, unworn condition with the original tags attached.

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Clearance or final sale items.

Custom or personalized orders.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email shop@unfaulted.org with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and any required photos.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
5. Processing Time

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
