Andrea Smith is no stranger to Unfaulted. Before stepping into the role of Volunteer Coordinator, she poured her heart into serving in various capacities—most notably as a dedicated mentor to a young woman for several years. Her passion for guiding and uplifting others extends beyond Unfaulted; she is a devoted middle school counselor, where she supports students through some of the most formative years of their lives. 

A proud wife and adoptive mom, Andrea understands firsthand the power of love, stability, and second chances. She brings this same compassion and wisdom to her work with Unfaulted, ensuring that every volunteer is equipped and empowered to make a lasting impact. Her heart for young women aging out of foster care is evident in all she does, and we are grateful to have her leading the charge in connecting volunteers with our mission.
