We are super excited about our upcoming event: ‘A Forever Dream’ fundraiser on November 4th, a Thursday evening. To make this a successful event, we need the help of all our volunteers. Below is a list of roles/activities that we need help with on the day of the event and in preparation for the event.
A Forever Dream starts at 6:00 PM, so it will be great if you could arrive at 4:30 to help set up. Please scroll to the bottom of this screen to sign up (under “Book Event”)!
AT THE EVENT ONLY
- 3-5 people for shirt + hat sales (1 for pulling Apparel Launch online orders)
- 3 people for check in + check out
- 2 people to sell tickets to our 10th Frame Tournament
- 2 people to sell tickets for bocce ball
- 2 people for auction
- 2 people to sell drink tickets
- 2-3 runners
PREPARATION and AT THE EVENT
- silent auction coordinator
- 2-4 silent auction team members (get donations)
- 2 for centerpiece team (call to get donations)
- phone callers (businesses for event announcement)
- community marketing team lead
- 3 community marketing team members (invite businesses to participate)
*** NOTE: Please stay in your designated volunteer role for the duration of the event ao that Unfaulted provides excellent hosting to our ticket holders and sponsors. We will, however, provide dinner for volunteers. Thank you!
