Join us as we dive into the importance of health, fitness, self-care and how to practically care for your body, mind and spirit. You will hear from a variety of speakers and have hands-on opportunities to explore the value of your health.

This conference is for young women ages 16-25 who are currently in foster care or have experienced foster care. All participants are encouraged to attend with a friend, mentor or trusted adult.
